Erika is a graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute in Cambridge, MA. She is nationally certified and licensed in the state of Massachusetts. She has been practicing massage since 2005. She also holds a Bachelor's from Emerson College but began as a dancer at the University of Michigan, which fueled her interest in movement and the human body.
Erika's experience as a dancer helps her create sessions with the understanding
of how the body moves through space. She seeks to create a safe, relaxing, and balanced treatment targeted to the needs of each client.
Each session may integrate several techniques including: muscular therapy, deep tissue, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, sports massage, and soft tissue injury work.
Erika is a pre and perinatal massage therapist, certified through Carole Osborne's program. She has also studied oncology massage with Tracy Walton and orthopedic massage with the Ben Benjamin Institute.

Jennifer is a nationally certified massage therapist and a 2005 graduate of the Muscular Therapy Institute, in Cambridge, MA (now Cortiva Institute-Boston in Watertown). Additionally, she holds a B.A. in Art History from Bates College.
Jennifer has a background in modern and improvisational dance, which enhances her massage training and understanding of the body. She constructs individualized treatment plans for her clients using a blend of bodywork techniques including muscular therapy, swedish massage, neuromuscular therapy, myofascial release, passive and facilitated stretching, sports massage and deep tissue.
Jennifer holds a certification in pre and perinatal massage therapy, trained by Carole Osborne.
Jennifer has also completed coursework in oncology massage with Tracy Walton.

Christine is a graduate of Cortiva Institute-Boston in Watertown, MA with training in several
modalities including Swedish, myofascial release, sports and trigger point therapy. As an avid runner and surfer,
Christine recognizes the benefits of therapeutic massage to relieve stress as well as recovery from training and
to prevent injury. She is passionate about educating her clients and empowering them to take control of their
health and well-being through self care.
Before enrolling in massage therapy school, Christine graduated with a degree in fashion merchandising and design and worked
for several years in the financial Industry before changing careers. In her spare time, Christine enjoys traveling, yoga, running, surfing,
volunteering with animal
advocate groups, and spending time with her dog Keiko.
